At this time, Townes at Olde Birch does not participate in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program. Applicants are welcome to apply using their own qualifying income, provided they meet all applicable income and screening requirements.

Residents may have a maximum of two vehicles per home. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas, and off-street parking is not permitted. Vehicles that violate the community’s parking policies may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Applicants are screened based on income, credit history, criminal background, and rental history. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.

Individual applicants must qualify based on their own income, while co-applicants may combine their income to meet the income requirement.

All individuals age 18 or older who will reside in the home must submit an application and be listed on the lease.
